RK Infra GesmbH, headquartered in St. Valentin (Lower Austria), is an Austrian manufacturer of pre-insulated pipe systems for district heating networks, district cooling and industrial piping applications. The company belongs to the international Radius Systems Group and, according to its own statements, has more than 40 and 50 years of experience respectively in the design, production and sale of factory-insulated pipe systems. The product range includes conventional rigid as well as flexible pipe products and a newer class of flexible, reinforced plastic pipe systems (aramid fiber-reinforced), which open up new application possibilities in heating networks. The flexible systems HeatFlex and FibreFlex (Pro) consist of carrier pipes made of cross-linked polyethylene (PE-Xa) or thermoplastically reinforced carrier pipes (TRSP), insulation made of semi-rigid polyurethane foam and a black casing pipe. In addition, RK Infra offers technical consulting and engineering (pipe statics, network dimensioning, heat loss calculations), on-site insulation of joints, monitoring and maintenance of pipe networks as well as installation training with an installation pass. Through sister companies and partners, the company supplies the European market.
