RKM - RotorKonzept GmbH is a provider of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) and supports professional drone users throughout the entire life cycle of their system. The offering includes drone training on drone law, drone technology, surveying and thermography, the development and manufacture of custom UAS for the security, industrial and research sectors, as well as the sale of DJI complete systems including consultation, setup, instruction and support. In addition, RotorKonzept assists with operational authorisations in the UAS Specific Category – from the operations manual and SORA risk assessment to coordination with authorities and application submission. Since January 2021, the company has been one of the first named examination bodies for the A2 remote pilot licence and was re-named in January 2023 by the Luftfahrt-Bundesamt (German Federal Aviation Office) (DE.PStF.005) for a further two years.
