Our Story
RNA Digital Solutions was founded in 2016 as an Industrial Tech Startup (formerly Hofmann & Stirner Zuführsysteme GmbH) and initially operated as a full-fledged machine builder for automated parts feeding. Since joining the Rhein-Nadel Group (RNA) in 2021, the focus has been 100% on software development. The company develops AI and simulation solutions such as Digital Feeder, Digital Motion and FEM, which enable sales and engineering teams in mechanical engineering to make technical decisions earlier and with a stronger foundation. The software is rooted in parts feeding technology and is being transferred to further segments such as fastening technology, gripping technology, injection molding as well as stamping and bending technology. Its services include, in addition to software, commissioning, measurement analytics, productivity optimization, training as well as a spare parts supply with 48h delivery for standard parts. The software teams are located in Aachen (shop floor digitalization) and Munich (AI & simulation cloud services); internationally, the company is represented through a dealer network and subsidiaries.
