Robatech AG, headquartered in Muri AG (Switzerland), has been developing and producing controllers, applicator heads, melting and metering systems for industrial adhesive application since 1975. The portfolio includes melt units for thermoplastic and reactive hotmelt adhesives (EVA, PSA, PO, APAO, PUR), cold glue feed units for dispersion adhesives, heated hoses, spray, jet and coat heads, as well as accessories and system solutions. Processes such as dot and bead application, contactless swirl spray and spiral application, robot-assisted adhesive application and continuous full-surface coating with coating widths up to 3200 mm are covered. Adhesives and processes
EVA hotmelt
Thermoplastic hotmelt adhesive for melt units, jet, spray and coat heads.
PSA hotmelt
Adhesive for melt units and coat heads, among others in the RobaCoat IT.
Polyolefin hotmelt
Thermoplastic hotmelt adhesive for heated hoses and jet/spray heads.
APAO hotmelt
For melt units and coat heads, e.g. in lamination and edge gluing.
PUR hotmelt
Reactive hotmelt adhesive for Canduro 2, RobaPUR, FKV and SpineCoat (book spine gluing).
Polyester hotmelt
Can be processed in the FKV coat head for continuous coating.
Coolmelts
Thermoplastic adhesive, processable in melt units and FKV coat heads.
Dispersion adhesives D1 and D2
Cold glue for feed units and cold glue coat heads such as Presto.
