robatherm manufactures individual air handling units (AHUs) according to its own quality standard TrueIndividual. Production at the Burgau site combines automated manufacturing processes with the expertise of skilled workers, so that customer-specific units are produced at consistently high quality. The scope of services includes integrated refrigeration technology, integrated measurement and control technology (MSR), heat recovery, a filter wall of separation class U15 confirmed by a testing institute, and an antimicrobial powder coating. Each unit undergoes a comprehensive quality check before shipping, is cleaned and packed and loaded with weather protection; on request, customers inspect the units and their performance data at the factory in a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT). The units are delivered ready for connection on DIN frames and serve, among others, pharmaceutical companies, cleanrooms, hospitals, retail and commercial sectors, the public sector and industry. The offering is complemented by planning support, the cloud platform robatherm Connect as well as installation, commissioning, maintenance, energy inspection and spare parts delivery.

Quality and Test Procedures
Each AHU undergoes a comprehensive quality check before shipping and is cleaned and securely packed. On request, a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) is carried out at the Burgau plant before delivery, testing mechanical strength, air tightness, filter bypass leakage, air volume flow, electrical power consumption and external pressure.
