About us
Robert Müller GmbH operates a sawmill in Reupelsdorf (Wiesentheid), between the Spessart and the Steigerwald. The family business has been processing wood in the 4. generation and specialises in oak; around 80 % of production is oak, 20 % other hardwoods and softwoods. The range of services includes automatic milling-head debarking, sawing on gang and band saws, stacking and sorting systems, and drying in 10 electronically controlled drying chambers, also as KD, steamed and smoked wood. Sawn timber and boards from 20 to 80 mm thickness are produced for interior fitting and furniture production. On the 8.000 m² of indoor floor space, large-diameter logs are accepted personally and carefully dried; by-products are used for energy generation.
