About RoboService
RoboService GmbH is a Berlin-based service company for the industrial use of humanoid and semi-humanoid robotic systems. The company supports industrial enterprises in Germany, Austria and Switzerland throughout the entire adoption process: from the analysis of suitable use cases, through manufacturer-independent selection of robotic systems, programming and training, to introduction as a pilot project in real production environments. Key tasks include tray and small load carrier (KLT) handling (loading and unloading, stacking, transport between machines as well as return of empty containers) as well as transport, sorting, packaging and simple assembly tasks in manufacturing, assembly and intralogistics. RoboService works manufacturer-independently with providers such as Agibot, Unitree and Neura Robotics; currently, among others, the semi-humanoid Agibot G2 model is in use, which combines a humanoid upper body with a mobile wheeled base. In addition to installation, commissioning and training, the service portfolio also includes support with safety concepts and safety certification, IT and process integration, as well as updates and predictive maintenance.
