About Roesen
For more than 50 years, Roesen GmbH Lubrication Systems has been producing oil-lubrication pumps and oil level regulators (Constant Level Oilers) for oil loss lubrication in industrial plants. The core business originally derived from Roesen Apparatebau & Co. KG was the equipping of marine engines and steam locomotives; today Roesen oilers can be found in industrial plants installed worldwide, among other things in the pump-to-point lubrication of reciprocating compressors, in forming machines, presses, rolling mills, reciprocating pumps, large engines and refineries. The portfolio includes the manufacture of Roesen oil-lubrication pumps to original specifications or customer specifications, central oilers System Grützner Model EZ, oil-lubrication pumps Model Delimon, T-oilers, as well as the Oil-Watch and Bull-Eye oil level regulators. In addition, the company offers repair of oil and multi-line oil-lubrication pumps, spare parts manufacturing for common and defunct manufacturers, and reconstruction of components based on samples, drawings or reverse engineering. Oil level regulators are made from stainless steel 1.4404 (316L) or galvanized steel with containers made of glass or plastic. The workshop at the Horstedt OT Stapel site also carries out maintenance, repair and modification of lubrication systems.

Quality
The oil level regulators meet protection class IP 44 and the requirements of API 610; level monitoring is performed by simple visual inspection. The designs are two-piece without soldered or welded joints, made of solid steel.
