rogatti is an owner-managed family business near Stuttgart that develops and manufactures special solutions for pneumatic motion technology. The portfolio includes custom pneumatic cylinders, stainless steel round cylinders, telescopic cylinders, pneumatic knockers (impact and vibration elements) as well as pneumatic stainless steel actuators with safety switches, optionally with position sensing (inductive sensors, reed switches) and laser marking. The entire value chain takes place at the Auenwald-Däfern site: from design and engineering, selection of raw materials and dimensionally accurate manufacturing through to assembly and testing. Materials are primarily stainless steel 1.4404 (AISI 316L) and RoHS-compliant aluminium. The products target industries with high demands on hygiene and media resistance, in particular the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries as well as mechanical engineering; one example is a triple pneumatic cylinder with oval pistons developed for Festo for the automotive industry. The core offering is special versions built to specification, including inquiry handling in German and English.
