About us
Rolf Körner GmbH was founded in 1982 and specialises in the manufacture and distribution of wire meshes, filter discs and configured filter elements. The product range includes wire mesh as sheet material or configured elements, screens and discs, filter belts in any dimensions and weave types, filter elements such as filter cartridges, candles, screen cylinders as well as hat screens and start-up screens, plus basket filters and screen basket inserts made to customer specification. Production covers the entire value chain: custom design, in-house toolmaking, cutting and punching, forming, deep drawing and pleating, as well as joining techniques such as welding (including plasma welding), soldering and bonding. For sensitive applications, elements can be cleaned and degreased. Wire meshes are available in all common materials; special materials and special alloys for critical media are possible. The products are used, among other things, as filters for a wide variety of media, as protective covers or as permeable containers. Headquarters and production are located in Niederzier near Düren.
