ROLF WAHLENMEIER SCHWEISSTECHNIK GMBH has been offering spot welding and projection welding systems for resistance welded joints in all areas of the metalworking industry since 1979. The company based in Korb in the Rems valley operates as a globally active system partner and factory representative of the manufacturers DALEX and HARMS+WENDE, delivering complete solutions ranging from simple spot welding tongs and series and special welding machines through to robot-assisted welding automation. The product range includes spot welding, projection welding, roll seam welding, butt welding and micro welding machines, special welding systems with rotary tables and feeding technology, welding controls, cooling systems as well as spot welding electrodes and accessories. In addition to consulting and sales, the company carries out assembly, commissioning, service, repair, overhaul and modernization of resistance welding systems from a wide variety of manufacturers, supplies spare parts and consumable materials, and offers training as well as welding process optimization at the customer's site. Customers come from industries such as the automotive and supply industry, special machinery construction, household appliance industry, construction, wire mesh, furniture, filter and contact industry as well as from the skilled trades.

Roll seam welding
Transverse and longitudinal seam electrodes for fittings and sheet metal parts, e.g. with the DALEX PMS 11 series.
Butt welding
Butt welding of round steel 2.0 to 14.0 mm Ø, among others with type N 12.
Micro/precision spot welding
Resistance welding and soldering of metal foils, mesh fabric, heat shielding sheets and thin sheets in precision mechanics and electronics.

Welding ratings for sheet steel and round steel with C content ≤ 0.2 % according to DIN 44753 / ISO 669.

Additional services
Quality
Overhauled used machines receive disassembly, cleaning, new installation of the cooling circuit, pneumatics and electrics, a new welding control as well as a 6-month warranty. The product range includes testing devices such as test chisels according to DIN-DVS standards, electronic torque wrenches, hydraulic force measuring devices as well as portable welding current and electrode force measuring devices.
