roomarts – INNEN | ARCHITEKTEN | INGENIEURE is an owner-managed engineering office based in Postbauer-Heng (Upper Palatinate) and Ingolstadt (Upper Bavaria). Founded in 2000 by Holger Odorfer as an interior furnishing business, the office has specialised in planning services in architecture and interior design since 2007. Core competencies include office and social room planning, revitalisation and building in existing structures, space and relocation management, room acoustics, lighting design, SiGeKo as well as occupational safety and workplace assessment. Since 2010, roomarts has been a framework contract partner of AUDI AG and has planned more than 45,000 office workplaces for the Volkswagen Group and other clients. The team comprises architects, interior designers, civil engineers and architectural draughtspeople and handles projects from analysis through design and approval planning to implementation, user integration and documentation. Clients include industrial companies, banks, insurers, municipalities and the real estate sector; the catchment area extends from Franconia via the Upper Palatinate to Upper Bavaria.
