ROSE FOODTEC UG from Lichtenau (North Rhine-Westphalia) specializes in machines and technical solutions for food production. The company supplies and develops forming machines (patty formers/minced meat formers) for burger patties, meatballs, cevapcici, dumplings and nuggets made from meat-containing, vegetarian and vegan mixes – with outputs of 800 to 16,000 pieces per hour and piece weights of 20 to 250 g. The product range also includes breading and marinating machines, meat grinders, mixers and bowl cutters, poultry breast cutters, cooking and frying systems, packaging machines (vacuum chamber machines, tray sealers, thermoformers), skewering machines, intelligent conveyor belts, weighing systems and vision inspection systems as well as service robots. In addition, ROSE Foodtec offers 3D design of stainless steel and plastic parts including sample parts produced on the 3D printer, software development, assembly and customer service for machines from ABM, GESAME, FIREX, Foodlogistik, Reepack and ROSE Fleischtechnik. Only products manufactured in the EU are supplied; since 2013 the company has been selling and supporting ABM hamburger patty formers. Customers include butcher shops, SMEs, industrial production operations, large-scale catering facilities and the hospitality industry.
