Founded in 1980, Rosink-Werkstätten is a certified specialist in the development and production of heat exchangers, fully welded helical finned tubes and boiler cleaning systems. The company manufactures waste heat exchangers, economisers as feedwater preheaters, and robust, compact wastewater heat exchangers. In finned tube manufacturing, the product range includes fully welded helically finned tubes produced using the patented NOH process as well as single and double rectangular H-finned tubes, manufactured on three high-frequency finning lines. The portfolio is complemented by comprehensive boiler cleaning systems, including soot blowers, the water cannon RWC-HD, the water spray system RWS, knocking and rapping systems, and shot cleaning systems. The products are used in the pulp and paper industry, waste incineration (waste-to-energy), biomass power plants, the offshore industry, the chemical and petrochemical industries, and power plant technology. Engineering is one of the company's main pillars; an in-house service team offers spare parts and service concepts throughout the entire life cycle of the plants.
