About RPL GmbH
RPL GmbH has been active in plastics recycling since 1997 and specialises in the processing of transparent plastics such as PMMA (acrylic glass), polycarbonate (PC) and PET-G. The company purchases clean, single-type production scrap, edge trimmings and rejects from the plastics processing industry (Post-Industrial Recycling, PIR), analyses them at incoming goods inspection, sorts them by colour and material properties, cleans them and grinds them single-type and dust-free. In modern extrusion lines from renowned manufacturers, the regrinds are melted, cleaned, homogenised and pelletised into near-virgin regranulates; additives and colour batches can be dosed to meet individual customer specifications. The regranulates are supplied to the injection moulding industry, sheet extrusion and compounders – both nationally and abroad. In addition to recycling, RPL GmbH also offers toll grinding of customers' own plastic scrap. The company operates an established quality management system and carries out quality controls in-house.
