RS Randack manufactures in Hagen special screws, stud bolts, reduced-shank bolts to DIN 2510, Stud Bolts with UN and UNR threads, bolts, threaded rods, special nuts and turned parts to drawing or standard. Manufacturing covers cutting, its own forge, cold forging, toolmaking, CNC machining, thread rolling even after heat treatment as well as nut processing under one roof. Turned parts are typically produced up to 300 mm diameter and 3,500 mm length, threads up to M180. More than 1,000 material grades are processed, including heat-treatable steels such as 42CrMo4 and 30CrMo8, creep-resistant steels, stainless steels, duplex, nickel-based alloys, titanium and American grades such as B7, L7 and B16. An in-house materials laboratory issues certificates 2.1, 2.2, 3.1 and 3.2 to EN 10204; inspections by TÜV, DNV, Bureau Veritas, Lloyd's Register and ABS take place on site. Customers include plant engineering, chemicals, energy, shipbuilding, rail, mining, aviation, oil and gas and nuclear technology; delivery is worldwide.
