RTA Reinraumtechnik Alb GmbH is an owner-managed company in Trochtelfingen on the Swabian Alb, specializing in custom cleanroom technology. The product portfolio includes laminar-flow machine hoods (MMA/MMB) for mounting on machine frames, laminar-flow product protection workbenches of type VMA with vertical airflow, biological safety cabinets according to DIN EN 12469 (types SMA and SWxA), as well as weighing and dust protection cabins. All systems are individually planned, designed and manufactured according to customer requirements – primarily from stainless steel 1.4301 and 1.4404 as well as coated steel sheet – and achieve cleanliness class 5 according to DIN EN ISO 14644-1 by means of low-turbulence displacement flow and H14 class HEPA filters. In addition, RTA offers engineering, installation, maintenance, qualification, retrofit of existing systems as well as acceptance measurements and SATs. Customers come, among others, from pharma, biotechnology, medical technology, the food industry and semiconductor manufacturing.

Quality and Certificates
Before delivery, every system undergoes a unit inspection with DEHS filter test, airflow measurement, KI-Discus test and function tests according to DIN EN 12469 or DIN EN 12980, as well as initial VDE testing according to VDE 0100-600. Service and maintenance include filter leak tests, cleanliness class and sound level measurements as well as measurements according to DGUV V3 and DIN EN 50699 / VDE 0702.
