About Ruchser GmbH FENSTERBAUMASCHINEN
RUCHSER GmbH FENSTERBAUMASCHINEN is a second-generation family company based in Brackenheim-Meimsheim (Baden-Württemberg) and has been developing, designing, manufacturing and assembling machines and complete systems for window, door and façade production since 1977. The portfolio comprises individual machines, linked production lines and special machines for wood, wood-aluminium, plastic and aluminium windows as well as doors and façades. Design, manufacturing and assembly take place in-house on a production area of 5,000 m²; where required, complete systems are supplemented with components and aggregates from other manufacturers. The value-added portfolio includes crane systems and conveying and transport systems as well as customer-specific fixtures such as worktables with clamping devices. Together with the customer, the company analyses the requirements for individual machines or linked production lines. Customers are window and door manufacturers in Germany, Europe and beyond; the company covers more than 50 percent of the electricity needs of its administration and production with self-generated power.
