Ball valve manufacturer since 1937
Rudolf von Scheven GmbH is a ball valve manufacturer from the Ruhr region that has been developing ball valves and industrial valves since 1937 and manufactures them exclusively at its own site in Germany. The product range includes 2-way ball valves with threaded, flanged and SAE flange connections as well as butt-weld ends, ball valves for panel mounting, 3-way diverter and multi-way ball valves, ball valves with push-in connection, a mining programme and custom special designs up to DN 300 and pressure ratings up to PN 2,500. Valves are manufactured in steel, stainless steel, duplex and special alloys such as Hastelloy, tailored to the medium, pressure, temperature and corrosion resistance. The in-house production depth ranges from design and development through manufacturing in the factory to assembly with pneumatic, electric or hydraulic actuators plus accessories such as limit switches, solenoid valves and positioners. Customers include the petrochemical industry, energy technology, the hydrogen sector, mechanical and plant engineering, shipbuilding, fire-fighting technology, mining and the process industry. A particular element of quality assurance is the 100% pressure test performed on every ball valve before shipping.
