Rueizu GmbH, headquartered in Idar-Oberstein (Rhineland-Palatinate), is a German wheel manufacturer that produces via independent partner factories in Dongying (Shandong) and Ganzhou (Jiangxi) in China; research cooperation is maintained in Japan. The portfolio includes alloy wheels made of aluminium and magnesium in sizes from 13 to 32 inches as standard models and custom designs. The manufacturing processes range from forging (monoblock as well as 2-piece and 3-piece) in 6061, 6082 and 7075-T6 aluminium or AZ80A-T6 magnesium, to flow forming and low-pressure casting with A356-T6, complemented by T6 heat treatment and powder coating with German acrylic powder clear coats. Design is carried out with in-house FEA simulation, and testing is performed in the company's own laboratory (bending, impact, tension, CASS and leak tests). Customers include OEMs, tuning companies, motorsport teams and off-road providers; business customers benefit from low minimum quantities starting at 10 sets and prototypes in approximately 15 working days. Many models come with TÜV ABE or parts certificates under StVZO as well as JWL VIA testing.

Quality & Certification
Every wheel is 100 % balanced; in addition, runout tests, leak tests and final inspections are performed. In the company's own laboratory, bending, roll, impact, tension, CASS and corrosion tests are carried out regularly in accordance with StVZO TÜV / JWL VIA, complemented by FEA simulation prior to prototype production.
