Ruhlamat is a provider of integrated smart manufacturing solutions with business areas in automation, digitalization and standard products. Founded in Germany in 1991, the company opened its China branch in Suzhou in 1998 and developed into a group with locations in Asia, Europe and North America. The service portfolio covers assembly and test automation (e.g. E-drive lines, auto-injector and packaging lines), turnkey projects, digitalization solutions such as LMes 4.0 and IIoT, as well as servo presses, conveyor systems (Vario System) and industrial aluminum profiles. At the Changzhou site, bar-wound stator manufacturing for e-machines is also offered. The group combines process development, engineering, manufacturing, commissioning and after-sales service and serves industries such as automotive, new energy/battery, hydrogen, medical technology, consumer electronics, semiconductor and packaging. Since 2025, the group has been part of Centurium Capital.
