About RZ Pellets
RZ Pellets GmbH produces wood pellets and wood briquettes from natural sawdust and shavings sourced exclusively from sawmills in Austria. With seven production sites in Ybbs, Amstetten, Sollenau, Leiben (Lower Austria), Wiesenau, Liebenfels (Carinthia) and Vöcklamarkt (Upper Austria), the company supplies households across almost all of Austria with fuels. The pellets have a diameter of 6 mm, a length of up to 40 mm, a heating value of at least 4.8 kWh/kg and a moisture content of no more than 10 percent; they are ENplus-A1 and DINplus certified. The products are delivered in bulk by silo truck, as bagged goods (10 and 15 kg) or in reusable big bags of 1,000 kg. Wood briquettes are available on pallets of 1,000 kg. In addition, the company offers contract services such as pellet extraction (suction removal).
