SAF-HOLLAND SE is a listed automotive supplier headquartered in Bessenbach near Aschaffenburg that manufactures chassis-related assemblies and components for trailers, trucks and buses. The product range includes axle and suspension systems for trailers, fifth-wheel and towing couplings, disc brakes, brake and EBS systems, kingpins, ball race rings and landing gear. The products are used primarily in the trailer industry – including at Kögel, Krone, Spitzer Silo and Schmitz Cargobull – as well as by truck manufacturers. The Group was formed at the end of 2005 through the merger of Sauer Achsenfabrik (SAF Group) with the US-based Holland Group, and with the brands SAF, Holland, Haldex, Assali Stefen, KLL, Neway, Tecma, V.Orlandi and York serves original equipment customers on six continents. In addition to original equipment, SAF-HOLLAND supplies the aftermarket with spare parts through a global service network. Around 5,500 employees generated revenue of around 1.73 billion euros in 2025.
