SAIC Motor Deutschland GmbH, headquartered in Neu-Isenburg, is the German importer of the MAXUS automotive brand, a brand of the Chinese automotive group SAIC Motor. MAXUS develops and produces light commercial vehicles and passenger cars, with the focus in the German market on electric light commercial vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes gross weight – panel vans and chassis – as well as pick-ups and diesel models. The model portfolio comprises the electric models eDELIVER 5, eDELIVER 7, eDELIVER 9, eDELIVER 75 and eTERRON 9 as well as the diesel variants DELIVER 7, DELIVER 9, T60 and T60 MAX. The company sells its vehicles through a nationwide sales and service network with contracted partners and provides advice on industry-specific conversions and upfits such as tippers, box bodies and refrigerated transporters. The scope of services includes the manufacturer warranty on the vehicle and traction battery as well as the MAXUS Assistance breakdown service. Customers include courier and parcel services, the trades, municipal utilities and commercial fleets. Since 2020, the company has been continuously expanding its presence in Germany.

Quality & Warranty
MAXUS vehicles are delivered from the factory with an extensive manufacturer warranty on the vehicle and traction battery; the traction battery of the electric models is warranted for up to 8 years or 250,000 km. In the event of a breakdown, MAXUS Assistance provides support within Germany with unlimited mileage during the manufacturer warranty.
