Salzgitter Kesselservice GmbH is an owner-managed company based in Salzgitter that manufactures heating surface cleaning systems for steam boilers. For many years the company operated as a supplier to a major German supplier of boiler cleaning systems before it began building its own systems in 2014. The portfolio includes soot blowers (lance screw blowers LSB-22, screw blowers SB-22, rotary tube blowers DB-22, oscillating blowers PB-22, gantry blowers TB-22), water lance blowers, spray cleaning systems (SCS/SARA), knockers, shot cleaning systems and the portable water spray cleaning system MARA for cleaning the empty passes before shutdown and test operation. Manufacturing is carried out with in-house engineering, design and its own workshop in Salzgitter, covering steel construction, spare parts production, assembly and commissioning of complete systems. Customers include power plants, waste incineration plants and operators of renewable energy facilities. In addition, spare parts are supplied for systems from Forrest, Steinmüller, Clyde Bergemann, Rosink or Diamond, and the online explosion cleaning system SMART Shot is offered, which has been executed since 2017 together with the subsidiary Salzgitter Energy Services GmbH. Many systems are protected by patent applications and utility models.
