KG is an owner-managed specialty printing service provider based in Staßfurt (Saxony-Anhalt) that produces for customers from industry, agencies, trade publishers and the public sector. The company manufactures binder systems, training and presentation programs, film products, transparent packaging, displays, books and catalogs. Its core competence is UV offset printing on non-absorbent materials such as PET, PVC and PE films as well as silver- and gold-metallized materials in 3B format (102 x 72 cm) with up to six colors plus coating in a single pass. This is complemented by conventional sheet-fed offset printing, digital printing with personalization, and comprehensive finishing including die-cutting, perfect binding, laminating and converting. Production runs in three shifts; as a contract printing partner, Salzland Druck also undertakes specialty printing jobs for other printers and packaging manufacturers. Shipping is handled with its own vehicle fleet as well as throughout Europe via authorized logistics companies.

UV offset printing
Printing on non-absorbent materials such as PET, PVC and PE films with highly pigmented, lightfast UV inks, up to 6 colors plus coating in 3B format.
Sheet-fed offset printing
Conventional offset printing on paper grades and cardboard up to 102 x 72 cm, CMYK plus special colors (Pantone, HKS), PSO certified.
Digital printing
4-color and B/W printing up to SRA3 (320 x 464 mm) and up to 2400 x 2400 dpi, ideal for small runs and personalization.
PET films
For transparent packaging, film cards and displays, thicknesses from 60 to 700 my.
PVC films
Used for film cards and packaging with protective coating and contour die-cutting.
PP films
Material for transparent folding cartons and film cards, thicknesses 200 to 700 my.
Laminating
Application of gloss and scratch-resistant matte films on a high-performance laminating machine in 520-mm format.
Effect coatings
Matte/full coating, Drip-Off, scented coatings, tactile coatings and luminous colors on non-absorbent materials.
