About SAMEDIA (Eiche Diamantwerkzeuge)
SAMEDIA GmbH, based in Denzlingen (formerly Klaus Eiche Diamantwerkzeuge GmbH), develops, manufactures and distributes professional diamond tools and machines, in particular diamond cutting blades for construction materials. The core of production is the patented EFT technology (Eiche-Forging-Technology, SHOXX): an in-house developed, highly automated forging process for diamond segments that enables dense, pore-free structures with optimal utilization of raw materials. Alternatively, standard sintering technology is used; the segments are joined to the steel cores by laser or laser welding. The input materials are diamonds and steel cores from long-standing suppliers. The low-vibration, closely segmented cutting blades with segment heights up to 17 mm are aimed at users in the construction trades and in material cutting; the company also offers OEM manufacturing. The entire production process is subject to permanent monitoring under a certified quality management system; production follows the EN 13236 standard.
