Materials & Processes

TPO

TPO

Thermoplastic olefin films for vacuum pre-forming with back and front foaming in the interior.

TPO2

TPO2

Advanced TPO film for thermoforming and in-mould graining with precise surface textures.

PU

Polyurethane

Back and front foaming gives components soft, soft-touch surfaces.

TH

Thermoplastics (slush skins)

For high-quality slush skins with leather-like textures and two-tone variants.

NF

Natural fibres (needle felt)

Pressed in a single step into lightweight interior components such as door panels, armrests and boot linings.

LED

Leather

For leather surfaces and soft-surface solutions in the premium interior.
