SANGE CNC Fertigungstechnik GmbH is a contract manufacturer based in Klagenfurt am Wörthersee specialising in CNC machining. Its manufacturing focus is the machining of housings and housing components for the rail and automotive industries: gear housings, torque supports and housings of traction motors for high-speed trains, trams and locomotives, as well as housing parts of drivetrain assemblies for passenger cars and trucks, which are also assembled. The materials machined are mainly cast materials such as aluminium castings and stainless steel castings; component dimensions range up to approximately 600 x 400 x 400 mm. In mechanical and plant engineering, the company produces, among other things, the expander housing of a piston expander for waste heat recovery, as well as all housing components and covers of robots for paint shops. In addition to machining, SANGE-CNC offers assembly of assemblies, crack testing as well as sample production and continuous process monitoring with state-of-the-art metrology. Since 2004, the company has been continuously certified to ISO 9001.
