About SAPROS
SAPROS produces kitchen-ready salads, fruit and vegetable cut produce, its own antipasti and delicacies based on Italian recipes at its central production facility in Ilsfeld. The refinement process includes washing, cutting, mixing, marinating and cooking of salads, fruit, vegetables and antipasti; in addition, Pinsa and pizza products are topped, potatoes are knife-peeled and fruit is processed into To-Go portions. According to its own information, the range comprises more than 4,500 articles, from raw and crate goods to organic, regional and high-convenience products. Dispatch is delivered with an unbroken cold chain, overnight service and just-in-time delivery; nationwide delivery is provided via the CF-Gastro network. Clients include gastronomy, caterers, institutional catering, food retail, wholesalers, further processors/industry and end consumers. Quality is ensured by unannounced IFS audits, organic certification and the Quality Seal of Baden-Württemberg.
