This is Sauels
Sauels is a family-owned meat processing company in its fifth generation, headquartered in Tönisberg (Kempen) on the Lower Rhine. Since its founding as a butcher's shop in 1901, the business has developed into a group of companies with several production sites in Germany and France. The group specializes in two core product groups: in Arnstadt (Sauels Schinken GmbH & Co. KG) cooked ham and poultry products are produced, in Barchfeld-Immelborn (Sauels Thüringen GmbH & Co. KG) scalded and cooked sausage products, both as whole pieces and as sliced deli meats. The slicing plant in Bernburg and the convenience plant at the headquarters in Tönisberg round out the value chain. The products are aroma-protected packaged and delivered throughout Europe to food retailers, large-scale kitchens and caterers. Production processes are controlled by an AI-supported production management system and proprietary software solutions.
