SAV Liquid Production GmbH has specialized since 2002 in contract filling of liquid and pasty substances as well as the distribution of chemical products to commercial customers. At the Flintsbach am Inn site, filling goods such as Ethanol Ph.Eur., isopropanol, glycerin, formaldehyde solutions, paraffins, xylene, orange terpenes, cleaning agents as well as ultrasound gel and sterilization agents for medical devices are filled in container sizes from 250 ml to 1,000 l. Filling is carried out fully automatically on an ATEX-approved system, so that flammable and explosion-hazardous substances can also be processed safely. In addition to filling, the range of services includes labeling of round and rectangular containers, assembly/confectioning, packaging, storage with warehouse management as well as shipping. Customers come from the pharmaceutical and chemical industries, healthcare, pharmacies, laboratories, pathology and histology, as well as the cosmetics and food sectors. The quality management system for medical devices is certified according to ISO 13485:2016; all processes are documented by batch.
