About Sawade
Sawade is a praline and truffle manufacturer from Berlin and is regarded as the city's oldest praline manufacturer. The company produces freshly hand-made pralines, truffle balls, fine marzipan and chocolate specialties every day. The product range includes filled praline balls in 16 varieties – including Marc de Champagne, nut nougat, brittle croquant, egg liqueur, cognac and alcohol-free variants – as well as praline boxes, gift tins and advent calendars. In the manufactory, confectioners, confectionery masters and pastry chefs work according to traditional methods; dark and milk chocolate, fine marzipan, nut nougat and brittle croquant are processed. Distribution is via eight branches in Berlin and one branch in Hamburg-Eppendorf (including Kurfürstendamm, Friedrichstraße, KaDeWe), a factory outlet, an online shop and a Germany-wide retailer search. Corporate customer offers, individual packaging and greeting cards are also available.
