The Company
SCAT Europe GmbH (Safety-Center für AnalysenTechnik) develops and manufactures safety solutions for the safe handling of solvents in analytical laboratories in Mörfelden-Walldorf. Starting from a maintenance and service operation for HPLC systems, the company launched in 1998 as the first on the market with safety products for solvent supply and disposal. The portfolio includes Safety Caps and Safety Waste Caps for HPLC systems, safety funnels, level controls, containers, accessories as well as the complete SymLine installation system for central laboratory supply and disposal. Custom products are developed and manufactured to customer requirements. In-house production takes place in modern CNC manufacturing with an own machine park; materials used include PE-HD, PE-HD-EL (electrically conductive), PTFE, PEEK, stainless steel, brass and activated carbon. Customers include pharmaceutical and chemical companies as well as analytical laboratories; more than 50,000 HPLC systems worldwide use supply and disposal systems from SCAT. The company is a member of EGNATON e. V. and of SEFA.
