About Schaal Technology
Schaal Technology GmbH develops and manufactures high-speed press lines of the SEP series with press forces of 120 to 1,000 kN as well as mechanical feed systems (roll feed SWV, gripper feed SZV) for punching and forming technology. The company, founded in 1948, emerged from A. Schaal GmbH & Co. KG Werkzeug- und Maschinenbau and has been a subsidiary of Weil Technology since 2009. In addition to stand-alone machines, Schaal Technology supplies ready-to-use turn-key systems including decoiling, stacking, feed units, tooling equipment and sound protection, as well as retrofits of modernized eccentric presses. Typical products manufactured on these systems include radiator fins, sealing caps for insulin and vaccine ampoules, electrical contacts, transmission slip rings, band saw blades and razor blades. Machine manufacturing takes place at the Müllheim site, while service, design and sales are located at the headquarters in Salach. Customers come primarily from mobility/e-mobility, the electrical industry, medical technology, consumer goods and the automotive supply industry.
