About Schadt's Brauerei & Gasthaus
Schadt's Brauerei & Gasthaus is a private experience brewery in Braunschweig and was opened in 1985 as the first private experience brewery in northern Germany. In the dining room, with a view of the copper kettles and the open fermentation vats, the brewmaster brews the beers Schadt's Pilsener, Märzen and Bockbier before the eyes of the guests, according to his own recipe and in accordance with the purity law. The beer is freshly brewed, stored and tapped directly into the glass. In addition to the home-brewed beers, the offering includes German cuisine with a lunch menu, including Braunschweig beer roast, braised in the brewery's own Pilsener. For celebrations such as birthdays, weddings or anniversaries, the Ratsstube is available for up to 25 people; the establishment also operates a SKY sports bar. The inn is located at Marstall 2 / Höhe 28 in Braunschweig.
