About SCHAEFER
SCHAEFER GmbH, based in Sigmaringen, has been producing, developing and distributing control and display elements for the global elevator industry for over 60 years. The portfolio includes elevator pushbuttons, display panels, analog pointer indicators, glass panels, TFT displays, Lift Information Systems (LIS) as well as CANopen-Lift components according to CiA 417. Manufacturing includes, among other things, in-house brass casting production for call panels, the processing of stainless steel (V2A), glass and acrylic, as well as electronics manufacturing and the assembly of individual customer systems. In addition, the company offers digital products such as the predictive maintenance system PredMa with the SCHAEFER Cloud, configuration software (SCHAEFER Configurator, CANwizard) and touchless technologies such as the Touchless pushbutton B 50 TL and holographic HOLO displays. Reference projects include the Mall of Berlin, the luxury hotel Schloss Elmau and the Presidential Palace Ak Saray in Ankara, for which the so-called TiN-coated car panels up to three meters in height were manufactured.
