About Schaetti AG
Schaetti AG, trading under the Fixatti brand since 2009, has been developing and producing hotmelts, thermoplastic hot-melt adhesives, thermoplastic coating powders and additives for tailored applications since 1957. The value chain covers the development of custom solutions, polymerization, compounding (also as contract/Toll Compounding), micronization into Fine Powders, crosslinking and thermoplastic metal coating. The polymer portfolio comprises epoxy-polyester (EPO-PES 2000, EPO-PES SP), EVA, TPU, Co-PA, Co-PES, PE, PP as well as bio-based and bio-degradable polymers. Customers come from the automotive industry, civil engineering, furniture manufacturing, carpet manufacturing, flooring, the apparel industry, metal processing, the footwear industry and Transfer Printing, as well as battery trays and fire extinguishers. The headquarters are located in Wallisellen (Switzerland); with five branches and more than 20 international representative offices, customers are served on all continents. In 2009, a new production plant was commissioned in Shanghai.
