schaffer-mobil Wohnmobile GmbH is a motorhome and caravan centre in Dresden, founded in 1990 by Jürgen Schaffer and today run in its second generation by Sören Schaffer. On the CaravaningMeile Dresden, the company presents over 30,000 m² with a permanent stock of more than 200 new and used vehicles from nine German brands, including HYMER, ERIBA, Hobby, Carado, KNAUS, Concorde and WEINSBERG. Its value-added services include new and used vehicle sales, a brand-independent specialist workshop with full service, retrofitting (air conditioning, solar systems, manoeuvring aids, chassis optimisation), vehicle detailing, and a rental fleet of around 60 vehicles as an ADAC rental station. The offering is complemented by a camping and accessories shop with around 1,000 items on site and an online shop with approximately 17,000 items, a vehicle registration service, DEKRA inspections and the award-winning motorhome pitch site CaravaningPark with around 100 pitches. More than 50 employees work across the three locations on Kötzschenbroder Straße. Customers come from the caravanning trade, camping tourism and vehicle service.
