About us

Schaum Zuschnitt & Matratzen is a company specialised in foam processing, located in Meerbusch in the Rhineland. The company manufactures custom-made foam cuttings – in standard shapes such as triangle, rectangle, square, L-shape or corner section, as well as custom productions based on customer templates or patterns. In addition, mattresses made of cold foam, visco foam and gel foam are produced in individual dimensions, including zone-based cold foam mattresses with cube and wave profiles as well as water beds. Cuttings can be upholstered with synthetic leather in 30 colours or with fabric supplied by the customer. The production of the cuttings takes place at partners equipped with modern high-performance machines that cut quickly and precisely. Customers come from the motorhome and caravan sector, boats, furniture and seat upholstery, as well as private customers from the sleep sector.

Cold foam

Basis for mattresses and upholstery; from a density of 35 kg/m³ particularly suitable for seat and back cushions.

Visco foam

Temperature-sensitive foam used as a sleeping surface and pressure-relieving topper.

Gel foam

In combination with the Eucatherm C-core for flowing pressure relief in mattresses.

EUL

Eulastic core

Dense cold foam core for 7- and 9-zone mattresses with high dimensional stability.

EUC

Eucatherm C-core

Underlying foam core beneath visco toppers for support and temperature regulation.

Synthetic leather (flame retardant)

Upholstery material in 30 colours, flame retardant according to EN 1021 Parts 1 and 2, Öko-Tex Standard 100, seawater-resistant according to DIN EN ISO 105 E02.
