About Us
Scherm Anlagenbau GmbH was founded in 1995 in Geiselhöring (Lower Bavaria) under the name Scherm + Limberger Anlagenbau GmbH. Its business purpose was the planning, manufacturing and commissioning of machines and systems for surface and conveying technology. Custom systems were constructed in its own design office in Geiselhöring; production halls of 1,800 m² were available at cooperation companies for assembly and completion. The range of services included coating systems (rotary and roll automatons, spray booths, adhesive automatons), painting systems, drying ovens, exhaust gas cleaning systems, as well as conveying technology such as Power-&-Free floor conveyors, skid and hanging conveyors, and timing chains, including KUKA robot integration. Customers included companies from the automotive and supply industry such as ZF, BMW, Volkswagen, SGF, and Freudenberg; systems were also delivered to Slovakia, Poland, Spain, USA, and Taiwan. The name was changed to Scherm Anlagenbau GmbH in 2006; liquidation began in 2017, and the company was dissolved on 14.12.2020.
