About us
Scherzer Systeme GmbH from Ravensburg is a systems partner for mechanical and plant engineering that combines engineering and manufacturing under one roof. The company realizes custom machines and systems for the paper, food, bulk materials, pharmaceutical and energy technology industries – from design with calculation including FE analysis to CNC machining through to turnkey system delivery including on-site assembly. In its own production facility, in operation since 2008, components are manufactured by turning, milling, bending, rolling, welding and sawing – from single parts and small series to frame orders with warehouse capacity. Materials processed include stainless steel as the main material, aluminium, steel, bronze and special materials such as Hastelloy C276. The offering is complemented by laser marking, painting, coating, surface hardening, spare parts trading and service. Own products include the changeover valves TransValve TV300 and TV500, shaft seals and sack tip stations. The company was founded as a GmbH in 2010 and builds on the engineering office Scherzer founded in 1994.
