About Scheurich
Scheurich GmbH & Co. KG is a family-owned company founded in 1928 and headquartered in Kleinheubach/Main, developing and producing cache pots, planters, vases and accessories made of ceramic and plastic. The basis of the ceramic products is clay sourced exclusively from Germany; plastic granulates come almost entirely from European production. Manufacturing takes place at two German sites: in Kleinheubach (87.000 m² of production space of the corporate group), ceramic products are fired and glazed, and at the Neukirchen/Pleisse plant, plastic planters have been produced since 2012, additionally since 2018 using the company's own Polyprint® process. With up to 70 Mio. items per year, or around 130,000 items daily, Scheurich is one of the leading manufacturers of planters in Europe; its products are sold in over 80 countries. The product range is complemented by watering aids (Bördy) as well as hand-woven basket containers made of water hyacinth and seagrass. Since 2021, the company has formed the Scheurich-Group together with Formwerk and Soendgen.
