About Schindel und Holz
Schindel und Holz is a socio-economic enterprise of the OSPA association (East Tyrolean Social Project for Job Seekers) in Lienz, East Tyrol, and has been crafting by hand since 1992: furniture carpentry and structural joinery with single pieces as well as small and large series. The product range includes garden furniture made of oak, larch and spruce (benches, tables, chairs, double loungers, standing tables, deck chairs, also with milled lettering), garden fences, interior doors, wood and design floors, made-to-measure fittings, natural wood boxes, gift, household and decorative items as well as firewood. Work steps range from cutting to sanding and planing work through to assembly, installation and surface treatment, supplemented by mobile carpentry work and installation indoors and outdoors. The Mobilservice service division (since 1996, merged with production from 2019) offers relocations and transport, apartment clearances, disposal and recyclable material separation, household service, building and facility management, garden work as well as a second-hand market. Customers are private individuals, municipalities and commercial businesses, including the town of Lienz and Bruck Castle.
