Schirmer Galvanotechnik is an electroplating company specialised in surface finishing with over 25 years of experience. Its service portfolio includes zinc plating, zinc-iron and zinc-nickel coating, zinc flake coating, duplex systems, phosphating and blackening. With its in-house developed coating+PLUS® system, chemical and electrochemical processes are controlled fully automatically and on an item-specific basis; the coating+PLUS® Screw variant is specially tailored to screws and threaded parts. Batch sizes range from 20 pieces to 200 tonnes. In addition to coating, the company offers assembly work, 100% inspection, packaging, labelling, picking, finished goods and delivery logistics within a 300 km radius, as well as project management, consulting and training. Wastewater is treated using a multi-rinse system with recycling and return-flow system; a photovoltaic system supplies in-house energy. Customers come from the automotive industry and its suppliers, tooling and mechanical engineering, electrical and medical engineering, and the screw industry.
