We are Schlebach
Schlebach Maschinen GmbH is a manufacturer of machines and equipment for standing seam technology and sheet metal working for roof and facade applications. The product range includes profiling machines (MINI, Standard and QUADRO series), universal folding machines, notching units, arching and bending machines as well as slitting lines for processing wide strip. The machines process titanium zinc, copper, aluminium, galvanized and coated steel sheet as well as stainless steel. Design and development are carried out in-house; the relevant parts are 100 % manufactured in-house, in the company's own manufacturing facility with more than 100 machining centres. Production, assembly and sales all take place under one roof at the Friedewald site in the Westerwald. The machines are sold worldwide, among others through sales partners in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Processes and Materials
Profiling
Production of double standing seam profiles 25, 32, 38 and 50 mm as well as snap and nailstrip profiles from cut blanks, sheet material or directly from the coil, e.g. with the QUADRO series.
Folding
Universal folding machines close angle and double standing seams in a single pass, including curved panels with radii from 600 mm.
Bending / Arching
Arching and bending machines produce convexly curved panels for dormers, arches, domes and barrel roofs.
Notching / Edging
Notching units for mechanical preparation of pre-profiled panels for roofs, dormers, facades and parapets.
Slitting
Slitting lines for flexible, precise and burr-free longitudinal and cross cutting of wide strip.
Titanium zinc
Non-ferrous metal for roof and facade profiles, workable up to 0.8 mm sheet thickness.
Copper
Non-ferrous metal for standing seam profiles, workable up to 0.8 mm sheet thickness.
Aluminium
Lightweight sheet material for roof and facade applications, workable up to 0.8 mm.
Steel sheet (galvanized and coated)
Construction steel sheet for standing seam profiles, workable up to 0.7 mm sheet thickness.
Stainless steel
Material for demanding applications, e.g. with special roller sets for folding machines.
