About Schley Armaturen
Schley Armaturen GmbH, based in Ahrensburg (Schleswig-Holstein), manufactures pressure reducing valves, pressure regulating valves and overflow valves that self-regulate without auxiliary energy. The product range spans from the pressure reducing valve T6 (DN15–DN200), through the models T65, T679, T7, T9 and T95, to the overflow valves T26, T27, T27F and T28, available in DN15–DN200 and pressure classes PN10–PN100. The valves are made from spheroidal graphite cast iron, cast steel, heat-resistant cast steel, stainless steel, bronze, aluminium bronze and Super Duplex; special materials, special dimensions and special connections are available on request. Production comprises machining on 5-axis machining centres and CNC lathes with bar feeders, assembly, and valve testing on the company's own test rig. Customers include industrial plant engineering, shipbuilding/marine, the chemical industry, mining, the oil and gas industry, offshore applications, steam applications, combined heat and power plants and waste incineration plants. The company produces small batches and large series, and additionally offers design to customer specification, spare parts, repair and 1:1 replacement options for legacy valves.
