About SCHLÖSSER
SCHLÖSSER GmbH & Co. KG is a manufacturer of custom seals, punched parts, insulating parts, rings, washers and diaphragms based in Mengen, Baden-Württemberg. The company looks back on more than 125 years of tradition and manufactures with around 320 employees at two plants at the Mengen site. Manufacturing comprises punching technology (knife cut, shear cut, rotary die-cutting) on punching machines, eccentric, hydraulic and trolley-beam punching presses as well as tool-free laser cutting and waterjet cutting for prototypes. Materials processed include plastics, films, elastomers, fibers, cork, thermally conductive materials and metals, among other things for temperature-resistant and oil-resistant seals up to 800 °C and metal corrugated gaskets. An in-house toolmaking department produces punching and progressive die tools. Customer industries include automotive, food industry, medical analytics, micropumps, electronics, mechanical engineering, power generation, chemicals, oil and gas, as well as aerospace. For applications with increased technical cleanliness requirements, SCHLÖSSER offers cleanroom manufacturing and assembly according to ISO Class 8.
