Schlossbrauerei Aulendorf GmbH operates a long-established brewery in Aulendorf in Upper Swabia. The range includes several beer varieties, including the pale full beer 'Reibolf', the hefeweizen 'Peter Paul', the pale ale 'Pankraz', the red beer 'Dorothea', the Märzen 'Georgi', the smoke beer 'Florian' and the black beer 'Xaver', bottled among other things in 1-liter swing-top bottles. The brewery conducts brewery tours all year round and offers an insight into the brewhouse, fermentation cellar and storage cellar as well as into the raw materials used. At the Hauptstraße 32 location, the company operates the Schalander inn with a daily lunch menu from Monday to Friday. In addition, events such as cabaret evenings and the Aulendorf gourmet weeks are offered. Products are available via the company's own online shop as well as directly on site.
