About us
Schlueffken is a craft brewery based in the Nordbahnhof area, where Anne and Johannes Furth develop, brew and bottle their own beers. The family tradition in the beverage trade goes back to their grandfather Willy's business; their parents introduced the founders to gastronomy at the Nordbahnhof. The first brewing experiments began in a small pilot brewery in the old signal box next to the site, before the first beer could be bottled in their own brewery. The claim is craftsmanship with a transparent brewing process and a consistent focus on quality and taste. The product portfolio comprises the beers bottled under their own brand.
